In Japan extreme body modification is now being popular. They uses a saline inflation in there foreheads and arms to make them look deformed. It looks big and weird. For me they look like a human flower horn. It was cool but i guess it also painful. No worries anyway, saline inflation is not forever. Its like a henna for tattoo.
