Unlike Arizona particularly in Scottsdale they have a good weather. Partly sunny. Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs 99 to 104. East wind around 5 mph in the morning...becoming southwest 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon. Chance of rain 10 percent. I guess its great to invest in this kind of weather. Real Estate in Scottsdale might be a good investment since they always have a good and smooth weather. It's nice to live on the kind of weather they have.
